Wanted! Your landmarks!

During my early days in SL, it was common and fairly easy to purchase an item, and gift it to someone. Many things were still transfer. And I love love buying gifts for my friends. But nowadays I seldom find anything that is transfer. I'm looking for places that sell items with transfer permissions. This could be clothes, furniture, art, prim accessories (especially prim accessories)...anything! Yeah, I know there's the 'gift card' option. But it's not the same as spying that prim Texas Longhorn belt buckle and dropping it on a Texan friend. Any ideas?
