I found this place on another blog and decided to go see for myself how spooky it could be. The slurl brought me into the basement store of Deviant, created by Riann Maltese. She created the entire island. The spook factor was pretty high for me, I must say. My husband actually walked in the front door as I was walking up the hill, and I screamed. Yes, I get a little engrossed. Riann Maltese has a vivid imagination.

Update: Having rezzed at my last location, I was somehow stuck in the damn derailed ambulance near the bridge, and could NOT get out. Lucky for me I was able to rezz a prim and sit on it. This was my escape. But it made me realize I had yet to explore this interesting island adjacent to Deviant, and so I thought...why not? I had already noted how nice it was that the theme and quality matched Riann's so as to make the sim crossing less obvious. Then I discovered something. Abby Island is *also* Riann's creation. Wow! And, while I'm always impressed with suburb build quality, what knocks my socks off with these sims are the *imagination* that went into the theme, design and build. Abby Island contains a small shopping village, which I must warn you: If you are rated PG like me, this may be a little much. The shops in this village are not made for us... ;) Another worthwhile hour of your time awaits...
