A big THANKS to my awesome Loft customer Naomi, who let me get to a stopping point in my Inventory Abyss. I really hate it when I KNOW I own something, but can't remember it's name. Consider it lost at that point. Because unlike you organized types, I find things in my inventory with keyword searches. All stored in my head. And when a black tutu has neither the word "black" or the word "tutu" in it... how am I supposed to find it?? Pfff. I *did* find countless folders with names like: 'New Outfit 10/10/09' and 'New Outfit 8/5/09' and 'Next Outfit'. Yep, that's my filing system for ya. Because when I see something I love, I'm faced with two possible scenarios: 1) Come back and get it when I'm ready to wear it, but forget where I saw it. Or 2) Buy it and lose it in my inventory. So the logical thing to do is to make a 'New Outfit' folder. See? Although I admit, inventory rummaging can be fun. Several times I said to myself: "What the hell was I thinking?" and "I hope I didn't pay for that". But I also had several pleasant discoveries as well.
Maybe Nina will let me join her team? LOL! (Of course I'm kidding.)
