Thanks to my great friend Emerald, I've a new addiction, and one that has been keeping me away from this blog. And what better time to share this addiction then the kick-off to Alicia's BBB Challenge. Polyvore is a totally unique creative outlet that illustrates one's creativity and yet keeps the methods and techiques simple. No Photoshop skills needed! One can create the most amazing, complex sets (collages) using all of about 6 tools. Go here to read Em's description of this site. Polyvore uses the same framework as Flickr and Koinup, whereby your sets and collections are published for others to vote on and comment on. You can collect favorites and contacts and enter your sets in groups and contests. With each new set that I create, I improve. I prefer the artistic expression category, but if fashion or interior design is your thing, there's a place for you too.
This one is a little homage to my girls, who love Mamma Mia as much as their mom.

So there you go... my latest obsession. And to answer Ali's BBBC question, I've been blogging just over a year, as it was last year's BBBC that helped me dive in and get started. I've met some great people through blogging, and some of my favorite SL friends have come about that way. So YAY Gahum, Ahuva, Perion, Meara, Lizzie, Emerald, Kristian and still numerous others that I've had the pleasure to meet and call friend! Woot!
