Rabbicorn: My experience

I'm always hesitant to write about an event as big as Bryn Oh's opening of Rabbicorn. In fact, I usually don't. I know the blogosphere is already saturated with reviews, most of which is articulated better than I can do. So I'll just post some pictures and try to describe how the Rabbicorn story and exhibit made me feel.

In each tableau (as I heard them called), there is a fairy tail, 3D experience. I've heard it said many times, it's like a 3D picture book. So true. But let me say, if you go, be sure to cam close into every detail. One of Bryn's trademarks is her teeny tiny prim work and how they are incorporated into the overall build. (As opposed to jewelry, where the entire ensemble is tiny.) This is definitely a place that should rezz entirely for best experience. Bryn loves her prims. ;)

This is the cutie Bryn waiting at the beginning of the story to great her guests. Imagine my frustration when I looked at my images later only to discover my stupid interface! Ah well. I'll live.

The star of the show is behind Bryn on the table. Btw, it seems obvious, but a rabbicorn is a cross between a rabbit and a unicorn. :) The particles above the table are the teleport to the next part of the story. Also near is the page containing Part 1. You can cam to read, or click and receive a texture. (Again, stupid interface)

"what are you?"
The boy said to her
The rabbicorn thought
Then replied "i am not sure"

"Can I ride you
Like my bike?"
"I bet you could
If that's what you'd like"

This is a super close up of the Robogirl. If you look at the Robofly's head, he has a teeny tiny little moving prim. Also moving is the music box, which whirls.

And here is the Robogirl, almost my size.

This would be a great exhibit to check out, if you are typically no interested in Sl art. And this would be a great exhibit to check out, if you live for this stuff. Just a tip: This slurl takes you to the introduction. While facing the book, go right to proceed. That will help. ;) Enjoy!
